Empowering women is central to achieving inclusive and sustainable development. As a women-led organization, we are deeply committed to advancing gender equality by ensuring that women and girls have equal access to opportunities, resources, and decision-making processes.

Our programs focus on strengthening women’s leadership, enhancing economic participation, and addressing the social and structural barriers that limit their potential. Through skills development, advocacy, and community engagement, LIFE supports women to become agents of change within their households, communities, and beyond.

In collaboration with local authorities, community leaders, and development partners, we work to align our initiatives with national gender policies and strategies fostering an environment where women’s rights are protected, voices are heard, and contributions are valued.
