Programme Area: Livelihoods & Youth Empowerment (2018–2019)
In partnership with Somalia Swedish Diaspora, SRSO Canada, and Kanavary, LIFE implemented the Community Resilience and Youth Empowerment Project across Belet-Weyne, Jalalaqsi, and Bula-Burte, combining cash assistance, youth training, and livelihood support to strengthen community resilience.
Programme Area: WASH & Livelihoods (2020–2022)
In collaoration with SRSO Canada and MRC, LIFE implemented WASH and livelihood projects in Bosaso and Isku-Shuban, improving access to clean water, sanitation, and youth opportunities in both urban and rural areas.
Programme Area: Livelihoods & Food Security (2022)
With support from SRSO Canada, LIFE provided unconditional cash transfers to drought-affected families in Johwar, enabling them to meet urgent food needs and rebuild household resilience.

Programme Area: Food Security & Social Protection (2023)
In collaboration with WAMY, LIFE supported 5,735 households in Mogadishu through a food voucher program that enhanced food security and upheld dignity in aid delivery.
Programme Area: Emergency Response (2023)
Funded by the Somali Diaspora, LIFE delivered emergency cash relief to families in Baidoa affected by severe rainstorms, helping restore stability and livelihoods.
Programme Area: Emergency Response & Social Protection (2024)
LIFE independently implemented a drought-response initiative in Adado, providing cash assistance to displaced and drought-affected families to meet essential needs and recover from hardship.
